In May 2024, Hims & Hers moved quickly to launch compounded GLP-1 access as semaglutide shortages created a narrow market window. I led rapid concepting sessions to drive cross-functional alignment across marketing, compliance, legal, and engineering, making key design calls under tight regulatory constraints to get from zero to launched in three weeks.
